Dean is a professional keyboard player and musical director with over a decade of experience performing, recording and leading bands. His work spans over a wide range of genres and he pride's himself on being a musically versatile player who understands any bands or artist's needs.

He currently serves as the musical director for two of the UK's leading touring theatre productions: a high-energy glam rock show 'The Glam Rock Show' and a powerhouse rock anthem show 'The Rock Anthems Show' - (formally known as 'Don't Stop Believin'

On stage he bring's  a strong sense of musical direction, attention to detail and calmness under pressure. As a musical director he has led bands for national tours, Theatre tours, festival performances, large corporate events (including BBC Media City) and everything in-between. Capable of handling everything from set arrangements and transitions to playback systems, cueing, and tech coordination, He know's how to shape a show, bring out the best in a band and keep everything locked in from rehearsal to curtain call.
